Anyone here feel like reading the manga has spoiled some of the feels and questions in the anime? for example we KNOW megu-nee is dead. They're still guessing.

I wouldn't say it's been spoiled, I've been looking at it more analytically to see how they are going to deal with things, especially with the added puppy content. The manga never really addressed what they did when it came home... So far they've put Mii-kun and the Shiba on the side, since they weren't part of the original beginning anyways, but I'm guessing they aren't going to the shopping centre in the future as Mii-kun is already part of the group.

Unless they do a flashback of the shopping mall trip. Would not doubt that. Miki's friend is in the anime at some point and a flashback would do it. The outline of a car is in the Anime Op so we will see Megunee's Mini Cooper in action.

The dog barely appeared in the manga, only a few panels really, told as a flashback when Magunee was still with the group. Suppose in the anime, the dog could get bitten at some point.

Seeing as it's Japan you would think someone would connect the rooftop cross to an obvious Christian, by her necklace, Megunee. The long hair ribbon on the cross is another clue. At the time of the anime, Megunee isn't exactly dead.....more undead if anything.

Poor ri-san. Hopefully her "sister" takes the hit for her.

Chapters 36, 37, 38:

Yuri kind of acknowledges that "Ruu" is not her sister, but as to who, or what she is, the reader learns no more about her. Miki and Kurumi are concerned about Yuri but decide that it is really no different than how Yuki has been.

The girls, along with their newest member head out in the motor home and reach their goal, the university.

New chapters have been coming out every month.
I haven't seen anything about Norimitsu Kaiho ceasing or delaying future work on the manga.

These chapters are from Volume 6, (38 is actually to be in Vol.7) that was released in Japan, August 11.
The manga is on going and there are no plans to conclude it that I have seen.

The magazine, "Manga Here Kirara Forward" has chapters planned for the September and October issues of the magazine.
There have been new chapters in the magazine every month this year except for February.

Life at St. Ishidorosu University continues on for now...

Wonder what you guys think of the anime at the moment.

I really hope we get a 2nd season. Theres just so much that they've cut out or at least side-stepped because of the 1 cour restriction.

The anime keeps up with "graduation" and the ED was showing the school with the roof blown away.
Now in the manga, "graduation" means:

The clues being given that the anime will end at "graduation." To pull it off, Megunee/Kurumi has to complete next in ep 10, Kurumi cured in beginning ep 11. Rescue beginning end of ep 11, ep 12 aftermath and graduation. A whole lot to fit in, But from the clues, can't see it ending any other way.

On a second season, the anime is adapting three years of manga. At one chapter per month, they won't have enough source material to adapt for another two years. If they do it, it'll likely be the University arc and whatever comes after that.

Read the manga, there are too many differences and added insights, that you just can't just take up the manga at an equivalent point in the story. Although that point exists. The biggest differences would be the anime addition of the dog, which was a brief mention in the manga consisting of only a few pages, and not involving Miki at all. The events leading to the school destruction and "Graduation," are very different and I prefer the manga story. The manga continues the story of after the girls leave the school with more mystery and delusion along the way.
It's a fast read and worth it...

The manga is ongoing and a new chapter is published in a magazine each month, (except fo one month last winter,) up to chapter 40 now in November issue, just published.
