Game(s): BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extemd and maybe Batman: Arkham Knight. The Witcher 3's taking up most of my time until those games release. LOL
Platform(s): PS4, PS3, VITA

Discussion/Thoughts: I'm pretty pumped for E3 and all the games that are going to be announced. Fallout 4's already been announced and there's more to come! By the way, for anyone reading this. PUH-LEASE buy BlazBlue. I'm willing to shareplay with anyone just so you guys can try the game. It's so great and even offers a Simplistic layout for those who are new to the fighting game genre. It makes it 100x easier to pick up and the story is phenomenal. Can't even recommend it enough.

Right now I am playing Hyperdimension U which has turned out to be a lot of fun. After I finish the game I will go back and try to platinum Hyperdevotion Noire.

Is that an expansion? I've been kinda wanting to jump back on FFXIV. Probably might renew it sometime this week. What's your PSN ID? (:

The main series (Mk2, Victory, Rebirth 1 & 2) is a turned based rpg while the Hyperdimension U is spinoff and I would say it falls in the action genre. Hyperdevotion Noire is another spinoff and falls into the strategy rpg genre.

Main reason I like the games is because of the writing...the dialogue always makes me laugh. The story is loosely based on the console wars as the four main characters each represent a console (PS, Xbox etc...). The game is kind of a parody of the video game industry as it makes a lot of references to other games, famous video game characters and industry events.

If you are interested I would suggest that you play Hyperdimension Mk2 it is available on the ps store and it should be pretty cheap to buy. There was also an anime that came out a few years ago.

Is the anime worth the watch? Most animes that are based from popular game series' don't really fair too well. I know BlazBlue was a big offender of this and it's one of my favorite franchises. As for MK2, how much could you find it for? Actually, I might even be able to rent it from Gamefly. It's a series I wouldn't mind trying out. My PS3 needs more use, but for some reason I find myself avoiding it since I just wanna use my PS4. lol

No problem! I've had problems with shipping prior, but never anything lost in the mail. I have had the wrong item sent to me and I know how much of a hassle it could be to get it resolved. What other games do you play? (:

I personally liked the anime but I had not played the games before I watched the anime; I have heard from others who had played the games prior to watching the anime that they did not like the anime that much. The anime does try to cram in 3 lengthy games into 12 episodes so I do get why some fans were not too happy. There are quite a few good moments in the anime that really enjoyed and I often go back watch some of the clips.

The games is $30 right now and you might be able to get it for cheaper if there is an upcoming sale on the ps store; I had thought it would be around $20 before I actually looked up the price.

Yea, it is. I mostly play BF4, and some random games that PS+ gives us. I'm planning on buying Bloodborne and Far Cry 4, soon, though.
