I ordered a figure back in October of 2014 that was scheduled to arrive some time at the end of march or early April. so it 2 weeks in to April and I email asking for a update and all they tell me is "you will get an email when it ships" so a little frustrated but not angry. and the April is near its end and i ask again told the same thing this time i want to know when it will ship and the guy says that it is not even in the warehouse yet. finally after weeks of yelling at them i am told it will ship at this point three days ago. so I send an email asking to make sure everything is going smoothly and what do they tell me, they tell me its not in the warehouse. overall it was a horrible experience i have waited almost a year now for the item. Do not ever pre-order they will never update you on it unless you directly ask them about five times and the guy you are talking to usually does not know. at this point if it has not shipped by the end of this month I'm canceling and never ordering from here again.

I've pre-ordered many things.
And I have gotten them all.

However, you need to know that once an item is released. It must be shipped to CR's warehouse. It is not released directly from CR.
This could take anywhere from a couple of weeks, to a couple of months,
That means that CR's release date is only a rough estimation. As told to you by CR, when you pre-ordered your item.

Wow. Sorry you experienced that. I've pre-ordered from here before and never had a problem. Hopefully this was a rare incident and it doesn't often or again.

I've almost had the same experience and woke up one day and opened my door to find it there one day because it took like more than a year maybe to get it so in the end I forgot and gave up on it like 5 months before it arrived.

It seems like if you ask in the aforementioned thread, Loveless100, the Store Manager, can give you a pretty good update on your pre-ordered item.

Another thing I found annoying was I had to contact them for information on the item and I just feel that they should send some sort of email saying "hey this week I'll be late sorry"

That there has nothing to do with Funi though. They had it all set and ready but Khara had to be a pain in the ass and want the dub to be closer to his vision so he started making an English subtitle for the movie.
