Hello, For the past week only 2 manga titles have been showing up for me while I am connected to my home network. I've gone through my network and router setting and there is no filtering or restricting going on. Manga was working fine until a week ago.

The only thing I can think of is my provider has changed something, but then why are only 2 titles showing up? Does anyone have any answers or have seen this issue?

Go to the contact us page located at the bottom of any CR web page, or go here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact. Scroll down and check to see what your "Detected Country" is. Is the detected country the same as the country u are currently living in?

Also, scroll down on any CR web page, and check to make sure the "Language" is set appropriately. If it's set wrong, sometimes the titles showing up will be incorrect and/or incomplete.

Hi, looks like something happened to my detected country.

* Detected country: ZZ ()

Not sure what country is ZZ (). How do i go about getting this reset? I live in the United States.

Try the "Contact Us" page, and let them know about this. They'll be able to help you. Unless I'm misremembering, unfortunately, I don't think there's anything on your end that u can do to fix this.

ZZ means country unknown. I'm having the same issue...and having issues with region locked purchases on Tokyo Otaku Mode too. Seems to be an issue with our IP.

What Internet Provider do you have? I'm using Time Warner.

I guess one of the other things u can check is a site to check the location country of your IP such as: http://www.whereisip.net/
If it's not showing u the country that u are currently residing in, then u could try logging out of CR, clearing your browser's cache/cookies, then restarting your modem or something and getting a new IP address (one that hopefully matches your resident country), then logging back in.

Most likely though, I think you guys will need the help of a CR staff member to get your "Detected Country" straightened out.

@yukiusako Yes I have Time Warner also. Did this just recently start happening to you also?

@suikojay I checked that site you linked and it can't determine the country either. Yeah i already tried clearing the cache and cookies and no luck. I have a support ticket in so hopefully i'll get an answer soon and be able to post it back here.

No luck with that. CR support says to release and renew my IP, but that didn't work either. Waiting for another reply. My ISP must have broken something.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's a Time Warner issue. It just started happening within the last week or two. After chatting with a live chat rep they told me we'll need to contact advanced support. (Live chat rep's solution was to download this browser that basically masks your IP...NOT a solution, especially on mobile...GG).

One thing you could try is logging out and completely wiping the cookies Crunchyroll has set. After that try logging back in.

It is more likely though that you will have to wait for some time for the major look-up databases to update. It looks like Time Warner has only recently acquired the particular IP blocks you guys are on (registration date on TW is May 15th), the location change of the block from undefined (ZZ) to US probably hasn't propagated throughout the internet yet.

Just chiming in to say this is my issue too. I just got a reply from support about releasing and renewing dhcp however, that would only do it within the LAN. Technically it needs to be done on the WAN side in the router.

The Time Warner IP is recognized by some of the GeoIP databases as being of US origin, but unknown specifics

Even though more specific info is unknown it seems like CR should be able to go just by country for these licenses, especially since the problem only exists for manga. Anime works just fine.

Just wanted to check back with u guys, but is your country being detected properly now thru the Contact Us link, or do u still see a ZZ? And if it is being detected properly, are the videos and manga able to load up and run without any problems?
