I don't have any problems with the blood ink at all. The only problem for me is that I find magazines boring.

The concept of using HIV+ blood as ink really interests me, probably because of my interest in science (especially Biology)

Don't really see your point. I find 'Piss Christ' far more idiotic concept, not that it really bothers me. Then again, I don't generally care about modern/abstract art that much in the first place. At least this blood inc magazine is something practical. The general 'ick' reaction towards blood in general is somewhat amusing to me, but people seem to have problems with human 'made' stuff overall, as the afore mentioned art shows.

As one medical professional to a former medical professional, YUK.

While I know it's safe and all that, it still isn't cool. And it gives the idea that bloodplay is safe because people are frigging idiots and still don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom.

Dont take art at face value. Look for the meaning behind the art.

My family used to lived with a relative who had HIV (and passed away). We lived with her for months without knowing that she had HIV until the whole family went to hospital for blood testing. We continued to eat with her like usual; nothing to scare about. She stayed with us for a few months until her family took her home.

And wouldn't it eventually stink, as most commercial ink isn't made out of decaying organic matter?
Or would it be so processed and in such small quantities that it wouldn't matter, which pretty much defeats the whole point of the stunt?

Won't e surprised if they got the idea from those female fans that send their period blood to the celebrity they like.
