I think this is kind of a sensitive issue to a lot of people but, I think the US government should take this problem more seriously. If the rules are not clear there will be lots of problems concerning with not only deportation but also terrorism.
Obama is not doing the right thing, he is not proposing solutions to this matter.
What do you think the US government should do with this issue?

Make them US citizens if they have no criminal past (that doesn't include being illegals). Done. A majority of Americans support this.

Kick them out immediately. You should only be allowed in the US through legal means. If we would illegally enter Mexico we would be sent to jail.

Actually, I'm referring to people who live in the US illegally or in other words without a visa

doubt they can do much without the systems being corrupted. instead, a better course of action would be to improve lives beyond so people feel no need to leave.

There has to be border control. It's a bad idea to reward them after they managed to successfully break the law. Rewarding them goes against the purpose of border control. I don't think a mere lack of criminal history should be enough to let them remain. There should be some kind of test that they need to pass in order to become citizens if they have been here for a significant number of years..

Have the people in question been convicted individually in a court for extra legal entry? If there is no conviction, how can the term "Illegal" be applied?

Unless you're a Native American, you can't really talk shit about illegal immigrants. They aren't causing genocides or enslaving entire races, they are doing shit jobs for low pay. Besides, getting tougher on illegal immigration isn't going to stop crime, especially the cartels, it'll just make the lives of innocent people who simply need a job much more difficult than it should be.
