Welp, here I am again, on this forum, complaining about the innate INCOMPETENCE OF CRUNCHYROLL.

MY GOD AND I PAY FOR THIS??????????????????

Dear incompetent, generally shitty programmers at Crunchyroll:

I've been trying to watch the latest episode of "Nisekoi" and it keeps pausing and reloading at the exact same point in the episode. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER etc.

Now, of COURSE, the episode reloads at the beginning, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT EVERY FUCKING EPISODE OF EVERY ANIME ALWAYS DOES ON CRUNCHYROLL AND THIS HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR FUCKING MONTHS AND CRUNCHYROLL DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT.

It is NOT my player. I also use Netflix and Amazon and their content loads and plays WITH NO PROBLEMS WHATSOFUCKINGEVER.

So, you incompetent, generally shitty programmers at Crunchyroll WILL YOU PLEASE FUCKING DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?

And BTW, stop sending me emails about trying to get my friends onto Crunchyroll. I'd kind of like to keep them, thank you.

Has anyone here ever reported these guys to the Better Business Bureau? Because I'm thinking about it.

I just watched Nisekoi and it played fine with the CR app on my PS4, so it has to be whatever you're streaming with.

Maybe try clearing your browser's data (Cache, etc.) as well as your flash player's cache and see if that helps.

Have you tried different video resolutions? If it's really the same exact timecode where you're experiencing the issue, it may be a problem with the encoded video. Reporting it via the /contact form will notify support about the problem, and is more likely to generate action than ranting on the forums.

As CR is not BBB Accredited, and already has multiple complaints filed against it, I would not believe the threat of filing a report will hold much weight.

Please /contact our customer support for advice regarding your issue.

We'd need to know in/at what episode, timestamp, and resolution you encountered the issue.

Things you could try before reaching out: Clear browser and flash player cache, or try a different browser.
