System update is broken ! Causing random reboots & you lose all your apps (including CR) . You can redownload them & you won't need to redo passwords , but if you shut it down it forgets them all again . I've also noticed audio issues with Netflix now too . I'm going to try a system reset but I'm not confident it will help any . BTY : it's number 1020 Edit : I tried the factory reset , does no good . Still loses apps on shutoff...

After being bounced around by Samsung phone reps for the last 2 hours nothing has been resolved. Even did a hard system reset (just made it worse) it still has issues . Do yourself a favor & turn off auto update in settings...not worth the grief !

I had to be the bullet since Samsung was no help , and do a system reset 3 more times ! It finally stopped losing the apps , but Netflix is still wonky (talked with them & they are aware of issues) . It still wants an ad hub update but I'm not going to risk it flaking out again . Plus , when I did the reset it turned auto-update off...strange...
