I keep having problems with my queue. It brings back shows that I've removed weeks ago. When i come to the website to check, it shows the same queue. If I add a show that I had in my queue before the weird reset, it says it is already there. If I remove a show from the queue and then refresh the page, it shows up back in the queue.

The system is acting like there are 2 queues but I can only see the wrong one.

I am having this same exact issue. I am unable to remove or add things to my queue and it's driving me nuts.

I'm having this same problem as well. I keep removing series (Nisekoi, Yona of the Dawn, and several others) from my queue, and they keep coming back. Previously, removing these would reset my queue, but now it keeps reverting to my queue of about 3 weeks ago. Also, I added "My Love STORY!!" which keeps disappearing, even though it keeps saying that it's already in my queue when I try to re-add it.

Almost 24 hours later and this problem hasn't resolved itself. I cannot remove things from my queue, new items aren't showing up on it. Its still affecting website and roku. Where is customer support on this? I created a ticket, hopefully there will be a reply. You guys should open tickets too.

Lots of people seem to be having this issue, but I haven't had a problem yet. Some have reported that rearranging your queue fixes the problem, at least temporarily. That makes sense to me because I rearrange my queue every day on the website. I keep all the shows in the order that they air during the week, and then every night, I pop the coming next day's shows to the top so that when I open the CR channel, they are right there first in order.

Can't promise it will work for anyone else, but like I said, I haven't had a problem yet...(knocks wood)

Yup, same problem here. Something I removed several days ago is suddenly there and is always there no matter how many times I re-remove it. And something I added a night or two ago doesn't show up, but says its already in queue when I re-add it. Will trying arranging queue like asharka said and see if that changes anything.

Tweaking with the order of my queue fixed my queue being out of date.

Tweaking finally worked for me. But for 2 days it didn't, so if this happens to you. Keep at it. Support responded with the same suggestion.

I'm having the same issue... Can't remove, and things I've already added aren't showing up (Sound! Euphonium).
I go to the page to re-add it, and it says it's already in the que. I visit my que, and it's not there.
Frustrating 'cause I missed the episode by a couple days because the simulcast wasn't in my que :(

Edit: Wasn't paying attention to some of the posts (I apologize, I should have read a bit further)
I moved some items in my que and when I refreshed, everything showed up again!... (yay)

I had the same problem. Nothing could be added or removed. On a browser, I removed my entire que one by one, and re-added them. Don't delete your watch history though. This solved it for me, and the que of course is updated and correctly reflected on all my devices, Roku, iPad, etc.

Hitting the same problem with my queue. It keeps going back to an old state and doesn't reflect what the individual show pages say for queued or not.

Similar problems here, for the last week or two. The last dozen items will disappear and reappear. Sometimes adjusting my queue on the web helps sometimes it doesn't. Every time I open the Roku app I seem to roll the dice on what will be available.

Tried deleting and moving around, it made the absent shows appear, but I still can't successfully delete. Experiencing issues across Wii U, Roku, and web. Seemed to start on Wii U, but I couldn't find a help section for Wii U so I'm posting here.
This is really frustrating, I had been mostly using Funimation recently, let subscription lapse a couple months. Just came back and bought a year of CR, and it's messing up. Grrr.
Ironically, one of the reasons I got sick of Funimation is the queue on Roku is always flaking out.

I noticed this problem about a week or two ago. You'd think by now someone would have fixed this or at least said they were working on it.
