I think both Man-gah and Mon-gah are the ways they pronounce it in Japan.

We only say it one way in Japan, why because Japanese is a strict on how you pronounce the word. Unlike here in the US at least (not sure about other languages) you can pronounce the same word differently and people know what you are saying.

Also, the funny thing is that almost everyone in the US says anime wrong; but you rarely see anyone talk about it vs manga.

It's mahn-gah.

All A's in the Japanese language are pronounced "ah".

If it was supposed to be pronounced main-gah, it would have been spelt Meinga, but it's not.

Mahn-gah is definitely the most accurate way to pronounce it. It's interesting to see all the different ways people say it though.

Given that the Japanese word "Anime" is based on the English word "Animation", in some ways, pronouncing it like the first three syllables of "Animation" is actually more correct than the pure Japanese pronunciation.

Technically Mah-n-ga is the most accurate as some others have pointed out but most wouln't even be able to hear the difference between that and Mahn-gah especially when spoken quickly. The N is its own sound like a N version of how we say MMM, and has its own mora (basically duration) in the word much in the way we use syllables.
