I've watched Toradora, that wasn't bad.
School Days was messed up.
Kotoura-San I cried at some points.
Golden Time I cried at some points.
I can't think of anything else.

ANIME ON CRUNCHYROLL ONLY.
Oh, and try to keep it more on the Slice of Life genre.

Your Lie in April is a must. Anohana, I believe, is avaliable in some regions on Crunchy (unfortunately, not mine), but another absolute. Two of the only anime to ever make me bawl my goddamn eyes out - you're certain for a feels trip!

Also, Nagi no Asukara is another good one. Especially in the latter half.

Your Lie in April
Anohana
Clannad
Angel Beats
Ao Haru Ride (not tragic but def lots of heartstring tugging going on thoughout)
Honey and Clover (ending is a bit unsatisfying imo but complete nonetheless)
Kanon

and I havent seen it yet, but Code Geass R2 has been recommended to me for some serious feels.

Kotoura-san has some emotional moments for me.
Kimi-ni todoke gets me every.single.time. And I've watched it several times.
Along similar lines is Say I love you
Chuunibyou breaks me, as well. The reason for her delusions gets me every time.

There was another anime, I can't remember what it's called. A guy goes to an all girl school, meets a group of girls, ends up with a girl that has a weird pet and runs a rescue shelter club. Another girl, who is a tsundere, sees them hug, and starts bawling because she actually really liked him but realizes she pushed him away by acting like a jerk. I felt miserable for days after hearing her crying like that. Didn't even like the anime, but felt just freaking awful after hearing that crying...
