Having a nap helps me forget about my problems and usually inspires me. Another thing that is helps me is eating out in a restaurant i like or just a change in scenery.

Make music. Only thing that does it for me.

I literally made an entire album once after a rough patch.

First that is awesome and super productive, I think i'd like to hear it.

I don't have a certain thing to cheer me up. Though I listen to music and watch anime it doesn't help; the feeling slowly fades.

Listening to it back and seeing the all black design is so emo

It was three days apparently. And yeah the songs sound like they were made in three days

Those three days really paid off then.

I listen to sad songs until I get irritated enough to stop feeling down.

Music, doesn't help you feel better but it gives you reason to be distracted from it.

i simply make myself feel better. there's no point feeling down, when you could be happy, be productive, and be charismatic with your good attitude.

dont do that

Hang out with friends.

There's a dilemma, though. If it's a booze-up, although I'll feel good during the moment, the next morning I'll end up feeling even more depressed. That said, I can't possibly turn down a drink-up when that's what keeps me connected with some of the people I value most.

I convert sad thoughts into happy ones. Hooray for my pet who passed away

Get even more down and sit with it, or just sit with it. I don't really see anything wrong with that state of mind it's quite the interesting experience that provides contrast to other states of mind. Eventually it'll pass so I find solace in that.
