Yeah, I run. I run on my games because I'm too lazy to ever go outside. Does that count? I think it quite does.

I used to be a real gym rat, but after my hernia surgeries the only exercise I get is typing on my keyboard and work lol.

Good thing I eat healthy, otherwise I'd gain weight.

i like to at least walk an average 2-3 miles a day weather permitting. run on treadmill in the winter.

All reality, I can't run to save my life due to problems with breathing. Though that's why I just sit here playing these run forum games all day.

I used to run three miles a day but then I got lazy.

I hate using my legs. Running is terrible and I don't know why anyone would do it for fun.

I usually walk 2 miles with a heavy backpack everyday, with a lot of standing and waiting.
Used to do a lot of running, swimming and lifting too but slacked off recently

I walk about 4.5 miles then run the last half mile for a total of 5 miles a day. I usually watch anime while I'm walking so it helps a ton. =D

It works wonders doesn't it? It gave me a laugh when the whole ice bucket thing was going around and NFL players would accept and "challenge" each other. Many of those guys already take some ice baths so I hardly see the challenge in it, but it was to perpetuate a good cause.

I also swear by compression clothing and foam roll massages. All of that combined means little to no soreness.
