I try and walk around 5 miles each day, but between school and the weather I've been lagging behind my average, I try and make up for it with strength training.

What is the best part is during a session you are in and out in 15 minutes I get a little claustrophobic so good for me dark room below zero temperature they do head phones with music to keep you relaxed seems to work for me. I guess Lebron James does it on his off days sort medicine always ahead of curve

I take walks, but not really as exercise. I just like walking, and so I do whenever I get the chance like when going out to buy something. I'm planning to start jogging one of these days, might be good for me.

I clicked off how far liquor store is from my apartment its exactly 1.5 miles so on Friday I walk 3 miles Saturday also sometimes slow crawl on saturdays

I started running about a year ago. I've ran a couple 10Ks and run about 15-20mi week. I'm starting a build to 1/2 marathon class next month.

I used to think that running was boring and I hated every minute of it when I started. However when you get to the point where you can run say 10K after your muscles get warmed up about 10minutes in it becomes highly enjoyable and feels good.

I walk and ride my bike for 20 mins every day But I'm not the type of person to just walk aimlessly.. I need a goal.. So i walk down to Tim Horton's to get a coffee or i bike to my friend's place.. I don't have a car so this makes exercise a must One time a long time ago I sat inside and played Call of Duty for 3 weeks straight.. after 3 weeks i walked down the street to get a coffee and my legs wouldn't hold me.. I had to rest 5 mins before I could walk again.. So ever since then I walk and bike regularly!

Used to run all the time before I broke my ankle and then my toes in a combatives class. Now running is a struggle. Probably doesn't help that I picked up smoking during my recovery.

I walk everywhere and trust me it is not by choice. But its good for my health tho.
