The only silver lining i see in this "dark cloud" is that if there is another chapter in the Fate?Stay night series with a new grail war, you now can have Christopher Lee as one of the heroes. I would take him as an assassin.
Good Bye, Sir Chistopher, and thank you

I JUST came across this on Yahoo - thought it was a joke for a minute, then discover this shitty news is real. Definitely hurt more than I thought it would.

Rest in peace! Truly a formidable, commanding presence and an actor I have enjoyed in many roles. He was especially memorable as Saruman in LotR, Count Dooku/Darth Tyranus in Star Wars, Dracula and other roles.

He served in the military before and during WW2, spoke nine languages in various states of fluency, played metal, sang opera and was also Knighted. He was also known for his memorable deep bass voice and his height (6'5!), among other accomplishments.

Definitely one of the more familiar and well loved actors.

His presence will be missed.

First we loose Leonard Nimoy and now Christopher Lee. A great loss here. I'd just hate to see what other genre actors we'll loose in the future, William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, and Tom Baker are not getting any younger. But hey, Lee is now with Vincent Price and Peter Cushing in the afterlife. Or is it Cloud Nine? Or even the Lifestream?
