This is kind of weird, and very sudden. They did used to be there, and given that the title's description and such are still there in English, I'm a bit confused as to what's gone on. Has a strange new license change happened?

I just checked it out, and it seems the English subs are still there. In fact, it seems they are hard-coded, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't be showing up for you. Have u tried watching with different resolutions and/or different browsers?

Edit:

I did notice, though, that if you switch the "Language" of the site to Spanish, the video is a different file and doesn't have the hard-coded English subs. So maybe check that the "Language" is set appropriately (the "Language" can be found at the bottom of any CR web page) and maybe check to see that CR is detecting the country of your IP correctly by going to the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of any CR web page, and once there, scrolling down to check the "Detected country". If your detected country is different than what it should be, then it may explain why u may not have English subs for it as u may now be viewing a different file than before. I don't know what country u are from, but if you are from the U.S., then the top comment for the video should have more than 400+ thumbs-ups. So if u are from the U.S., and u don't see that, then there's definitely a problem.
