Yes, just yesterday.I was watching on Durarara on Crunchyroll ,and I had to switch over to my copy on my data base for the subtitles because I couldn't hear the dubbed voices over the sound of my exercise bike.

Looks like someone else watches anime while on the exercise bike.

This also fits in good to this thread, last August I figured out that anime was the only thing on the planet that could hold my attention long enough to keep me on an exercise bike for an extended period. My current routine is to stay on the bike for 2 shows. I typically watch them on Crunchyroll using my PS4. I have been doing this 5-nights a week since then and I have lost 60 lbs and actually look thin now. Something unseen in 20-years

I use this method more for PT than anything else.I found out years ago that either anime or Korean drama works admirably in this endeavor.

Naruto pretty much changed my perspective of everything I thought was good.

To be more specific.. I find Naruto makes a compelling argument to choose a path of idealism over the path of realism. To never give up on your friends no matter how far they might go to get away from you. To never underestimate the will of an individual or the capacity for change.

In short, I guess I would say Naruto inspired much hope in me.

Gurren Lagann inspired me to go after my goals and to never fold in the face of adversity, no matter how overwhelming.

Not really. But when i finish an amazing show, i tend to get all motivated and do stuff i wouldnt to without that motivation. But i cant say that an anime has changed my life.

The biggest change that i have done, was all me.
Went from 105kg to 75kg. And a few years later i went up to 90+kgs... and i am now back in 70s/low 80s. Not sure. I am in my best shape ever and more determined then ever to get that ripped body.

When I watched Gurren Lagann in the summer after freshman year of high school it inspired me enough to stop drinking soda every day and I got over my fear of public speaking.

Watching anime has shown me that being shy isn't something that will get you far in life or any friends in life. I'm not a shy guy but I realized that a few years ago I just didn't talk much and socialize much. I play a lot of sports now and I take dance classes as well as a fitness class. I go play basketball a few days a week now and for the past couple of months I think i've been interacting with other people at my high school better. Watching sports anime like Hajime No Ippo has caused me to exercise more and aim for a ripped body. I've gained about 18 pounds this past year mostly in muscle. I went from a body fat percentage of a 9.2% to about a 7% and while I could already see my abs I can see a better formation of my six pack and I have bigger muscles now . I also pay more attention to things like my hair, what I wear, and a couple of other things. I do things more on my own now and I don't tend to rely on my parents for much any more lol.

Watching Psycho-Pass inspired me to apply to University to study forensics (unfortunately I didn't have the highschool classes to apply to it, I lacked the sciences so I'm doing business instead) But none the less, Psycho-Pass made me want to get a higher education.
