Do people actually care about plastic surgery/breast implants?

Let's say you have a girl with breast implants, that has more attractive breasts than one without breast implants? They argue, the natural breasted girl is like, "So what, at least mine are real"

Well... does it matter? I mean... I never understood why it matters if breasts are real or fake. If one looks better, one looks better. How they achieved their beauty doesn't matter, as long as they're better looking. I mean... My only standard of "Natural" is that you have to be a real, natural woman, from birth... Other than that, I don't care how you alter your appearance. As long as she looks better, it doesn't matter what plastic surgery she's gone through.

Im not saying, "Women go pump your breasts up", I'm just saying whatever makes them more attractive to men is all that matters. If you like them, and I like them, whether theyre "natural" or not is irrelevant.

All do respect OP, some people prefer women with natural breasts because it's a term of endearment. To me, a girl who gets breast implants obviously lacks the self-esteem necessary to love herself in her natural born state. Even if your boobs lack perfect symmetry, you really shouldn't engineer them to be what they are not.

NO!!! Symmetry is true beauty

There is no value in non-symmetrical boobs

It's all about the booty, baby.

I mean... In all seriousness, I care. I understand that some people undergo surgical changes for various reasons. However, I don't feel a person should commit to those changes just to appeal to someone else. Now, if they went through those changes just to please themselves, that's different.

As for my personal interests, I wouldn't want my woman to have fake breasts. I'd rather them be flat chested then carrying some fake, unnatural breast accessory. I feel that those surgical changes are a bit of an extreme. Also, a woman's beauty isn't based only on their breasts. I feel that you saying "Whatever makes them more attractive to men is all that matters," is a very sexist view. Woman deserve a bit more respect than that, mate.

Answer to the title question: Some do; some don't.

Sorry dude, that's such obvious bait, I see no reason to keep this thread open.

Especially since I already answered the question so conclusively
