Someone already said it, we don't determine when harems and all these cliches are done .

I'm certainly not tired of them. So, Harems and Cliches don't exactly float your boat, but occasionally you come across the odd one out that actually has decent characters and plot (even though the male lead's personality is always the same) and other times you're just looking for dumb fun. Something lighthearted but funny enough to keep you entertained until you find something better.

Harem is annoying cus it's always clear what's going to happen: all the girls flirt with main guy and either it's clear he's not gonna get with any of them or it's clear he's going to get with one specific one in the final episode.

I actually know how to fix the harem genre though:
The set up of a bunch of girls doing extreme flirting with main guy: that's fine. But it needs to go to the next realistic step, and that would require a not high school setting......... I'm thinking college setting.... There needs to be sex involved. Unless the harem is made to be cutesy rather than sexy, it just feels dumb that the main guy doesn't have casual sex when a bunch of attractive sexy women flirt with him for 200 episodes.

The thing is that anime is mostly young adult which I guess translates to bouncing breasts. Also sex scenes are awkward, but I think how extreme ecchi fanservice has gotten that it's probably the same amount of awkward anyways.

basically: I just want a harem where main guy has sex with all the girls but the over exposure from the one night stands causes him to contemplate love and what he wants from relationships . <- i hope this anime already exists ? i cant be the only one to have thought of this right ?

Everything is going to become cliche one day by definition and they call happy endings "cliche" so I'd rather my "cliche" endings.

Harems and Clichés eh? Harems are more commonly known nowadays considering it was a thing back in the day for many countries Japan being one of them. They were called Polygamous relationships, these type of shows aren't annoying as much as some people here exaggerate it to be. I personally think it gives off a unrealistic sense. Harems aren't supposed to be realistic at all so of course they will put in some things that you think are Clichés but like what @GrandMasterTim said everything is going to be a Cliché so there's no point in coming up with new material when so many has been used.

Well it isn't a perfect fit for what you are wanting but The Fruit of Grisaia is pretty close. The first 13 episodes primarily focus on the girls and their issues while episode 14 onwards shifts gears and takes a look at the guy's background and motivation. It isn't your normal cutesy harem comedy as almost every character is damaged in some way and it can get a bit dark at times.

...Have you ever thought that there is a reason they're all virgins in a harem? Not to mention that what you described sounds more akin to a Hentai than an Anime.

I'm pretty sure that I have seen at least ten different Hentai that had about the same plot that you just described, but I can't talk about those here. What I can mention is School Days. And, as you probably know, everybody just LOVED School Days.

It's funny that reverse harems tend to generally be a lot better written than harems. But this may also be because we don't see them all that often, so it is more unique. I don't tire of harems, but I dislike the protagonists that are either too dense to notice the girls like him or so indecisive that there is no relationship progression with any of them.

As far as cliches go, being a writer I can say they are a necessary evil. In our point in time, it's going to be hella difficult to write something that has not been implemented in another medium in some form. There are certain character types and plot elements that work well or that people are drawn too. Using them is generally a smart move. BUT, using them precisely as defined is absolute stupidity. It's what makes people say "I've seen this before" or "I know how this will end." Anime falls into this hole, digs it a little deeper, and then falls into it again. If you are going to use a cliche, use it as a foundation and augment it from there.

Although that's usually because most harem comedies are adapted from well-known date-sim games--
Where our hero IS a blank-cipher spud, representing the player's game decisions, and the purpose of the game is to string along three, four, or six different girls of various archetypal cliche's (Sporty Spice, Loli Spice, Student-Council Spice, Tsundere Spice) in a particularly unique apartment or school-setting concept where they'd run into each other frequently, and eventually negotiate the tricky multiple relationships to eventually settle down with one multiple-ending choice without disappointing the others.
(Love Hina being one of the early adapted examples.)

So if some harem comedies SEEM like they're mechanical video-games...

The only harem I've seen recently is Nisekoi & while it is fairly filled with clichés, it is still well done and funny so I don't mind.
