So, I was using 1 month gift premium membership and I forgot to cancel my renewal so I paid for another month. I have transactions, I see it on my order history. But I cancelled my renewal immediately after I paid for another month. My membership status says I'm a normal member and I can't use premium membership advantages. I PAID FOR ANOTHER MONTH THEY TOOK MY MONEY. But I cant use it just because I cancelled my renewal? Then give me back my money? What kind of bullshit is this????

Did you "Cancel Membership Renewal" or "Cancel Membership"? The two have different effects.

Regardless, customer service can get this straightened out for you, so there is no need to get bent out of shape.

It would probably be better if you contact CR directly, rather than wait for a customer service rep to notice your message here. You can also indicate whether you would prefer your membership be re-instated for the full 30 days, or a refund.
