And once again, Crunchyroll forget the UK exists.

Or, more accurately, they forget that there is more to the English-speaking world that North America,

Stop blaming crunchyroll for stuff like this, they don't control what territories a show gets, the companies that hold the license do.

Crunchyroll originally had seasons 2 & 3 of Digimon subbed, but they were removed when Netflix got those rights and series 1. This is the first time season 4 is available legally to stream online anywhere though. I wonder what kept Data Squad from being picked up as well.

I should have noticed the words dub, or catalog. I was like "Yet another SAO, and we finally can watch Rebellion! WOO!" and then I realized it was for the dub.

If you happen to have Netflix, you can view Rebellion there, in either dub or sub. (It was added at the beginning of the month, along with the two other Madoka movies).

Reposting because this needs to be seen and understood better.
I'm sure the folks at Crunchyroll would love to broadcast their entire catalog to everyone in the world. But that's not how this industry works. Just because a show has been dubbed or subbed in English, does not mean that it can be broadcast to any country that speaks or reads English. Companies have to pay licensing (and other) fees to distribute media in different territories. Because Crunchyroll is an American company (as are most of the studios that license and dub/sub anime), no one outside of America should feel slighted. Some of you should be more thankful for the large catalog that IS available to you (and because these companies are always trying to expand into other territories). You can't build Rome in a day, so be patient folks.

In other news, extremely excited about the Digimon seasons. I hope CR will pick up the rights to the new series.
