My account was charged twice this month for the membership. How do I take care of this and with whom?

Contact customer support thru the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of any CR web page, and they can take of this for u.

Still haven't gotten any reply.

I have tried contacting them through that option a couple of times now.

Is that how they are earning extra bucks.... charging twice.

When u initially contact them thru the "Contact Us", u should have gotten an automated e-mail or something that let's u know that they try to get back to u within 1-2 business days or something like that, but it can vary based on the volume of inquiries they receive.

I've actually contacted them many times already, and I usually receive a response within 1-2 business days. So don't worry, I'm sure they'll get to your inquiry soon. Usually contacting them once is enough; anymore than once and I think it just creates more work for them.
