Hi,

I was just wondering if Artist Alley is still accepting new submissions? I sent in something several weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything back. I'd really love to show off some of my series on CrunchyRoll is it closed for now?

Cheers

My guess is that it's not closed since I haven't heard any news of it closing down and on their artist alley main page, there's still a link there to submit your work. Their newest artist alley publication is Nephlim Ultimate, and the date of publication appears to be 2015, so I would think they are still accepting new submissions. You might just need to wait a little bit more before they can check out your work and possibly publish it.

It seems when you emailed in last month, one of our reps forwarded your email but never received a response back which is the reason your email got lost.

Usually we write back to the user letting them know we forwarded their email if we believe the response time will take a day or two. But I assume whoever forwarded your email thought they would get a reply back in a few hours, which is the reason they probably skipped writing back to you and waited for the response first. Unfortunately since no one replied, the email got lost and forgotten. They also accidentally forwarded to the wrong person. My deepest apologies for the inconvenience.

I just emailed the appropriate person to take a look at your submission.

Again, I'm real sorry for the inconvenience.

No problem.

So I got confirmation that Artist Alley is no longer supported. One of our teammates will be working on officially bringing it down later on this summer, which is the reason submissions haven't been approved. Sorry about that.

This thread seems to be a few months old, but I had an additional question on the topic.

Does the Artist Alley going down and no longer being supported include the ComiPo! content as well? I recently made a submission for a ComiPo!-created work, and I have not heard back about it yet. Just curious.
