The truth is animals go through hell couped up in slaughterhouses. As a result some people recommend only buying meat from farms and ranches and stuff... since the animals aren't as inhumanely killed and live better lives...

well... here's the challenge.. provide every american family with 3 squares of meat a day.
For the poor that would be canned/processed meat, luncheon meat, and cheeper grocery meats
For a middle class person that'd be bacon and sausage in the morning, a sub sandwich for lunch, hamburgers or hot dogs for dinner
For the rich.. I don't know, exotic meats and stuff? I don't know all about fancy rich people foods.

But every single american... Most Americans demand some form of meat daily, and multiple times a day. Can farms do that for us? No... Neither can organic vegetables... Think about it... why do we have lab grown produce? Why do we pick unrippen tomatoes and spray them with growth chemicals, why do we use growth hormones on animals?
As well as pesiticides... In your little farms you don't need them since the farmers tended the crops... but in a massive mega-farm with green houses, irigation and use of chemicals, you have no choice but to spray the plants with pesticides. There's just so many of them. Imagine if Wallmary used only 100% fresh non-gmo tomatoes... they'd be a lot more expensive.

So... I don't think humane farms can provide every single american with meat every single day. I'm not even sure that non-gmo foods could provide every single american with a daily meat intake. I mean, you gotta provide this for everybody, you're gonna have to cut corners at some point.

So... is it just done? Are we at a standstill on the issue of slaughterhouses... or is it actually possible to make them less inhumane without raising the price of meat.

(Well, the religion, racist-slur and TG baits have clearly worn out their sucker-welcomes, so we're down to the Angry Vegans as the last patsies that can be hit up for a quick response...
Good luck guys!--Keep fighting for Social Justice, nobody's thinking of you as a knee-jerk reactionary sucker!)

Make them more humane, that's all you can do.

There's no need to provide every single person with meat for 3 meals every day. You say most demand daily meat. What about those that'll only eat white meat or fish? Some only eat a meat meal a few times a week. You haven't even mentioned vegetarians. Here's the thing, the whole rule of supply to demand is fickle. Demands can change if availability changes. Sometimes things like politics, extreme weather, world events, disease, war or war threats can change demand.

Here's what you do. Kill half the population of humans.

Well every single American doesn't eat meat, but the majority does, and the amount who eat in excess factor into that too...
In fact, I think if every single american only ate one hamburger a day, we'd be eating less meat. For most americans, eating meat in some type of form is common, and if not meat, at least animal products in general.

Simply not let americans have as much meat as they want, an animals life is ALOT more important then an american having some food that they like every day.

All joking aside, that's some radical change you're talking about... I'm not sure if Americans could handle such an extreme shift in lifestyle.

You mean like... I mean... Like, for dinner... like how is it a meal without meat. What would be the main course, you'd just have a bunch of side dishes. Like... what would you put on samwiches, just veggies and cheese? That sounds pretty rough.

Yea, I want animals to be okay and shit but... I don't' wanna pay more money for meat though. We gotta cram them all in one building to have enough to supply everybodies demands.
