Kill me kiss me all the volumes build up the main guy is going to get with the main female only for them to pull a switcheroo by making the main baddy get with the girl and the main hero ends up by himself although to be fair he nows second in command of the baddy gang. I like happy and romantic endings.

If you fixed the writing but left everything else as fucked as it is, not even Shakespeare could make this any good

We all do. The cruel writers stripped him of the screen time he deserved and turned him into a background character. Something needs to be done to correct this mistake.

Obviously Chu2byo Heart Throb wasn't the worst but something broke it for me.

Also for one of the worst ones for me School Days which has been said already. Just get rid of Makoto and none of this would of happened. Probably.

Not the worst series I've ever seen, but the most disappointing: Sword Art Online.

Fixing the plot is simple:

Get rid of everything after the 1st fourteen episodes, then rework the series to fit the pacing of the 1st three episodes.

Use the excellent animation to create great boss fights, have Kirito act as the ace with an intelligent strategist behind him (someone whose competent, but not perfect) and consider the strategies they will use to fight and win against floor bosses based on actual MMORPG strategies while considering the human element. The battles will seem much more interesting and lively, especially if we also consider the merit of other players in their respectful positions (ie supporter, heavy, assault, etc)

Keep Asuna a bad-ass as she was in earlier episodes (as to why her character degrades into a mere tsundere archetype is disgraceful). Develop her so we question her reasons for fighting so hard; perhaps its a need to overcome inferiority in the real world, pressure to excel in the real world, maybe escapism, maybe even create a social commentary based on the treatment of girls in the gaming community. This way, we can give her good reason as to why she rejects Kirito and make her more likable as well as more dimensional, perhaps even FOIL to Kirito.

Do not time-skip 2 years, but rather time skip weeks at a time as they advance through each floor. The pacing will feel much more natural, if we must time-skip (and we might have to).

Develop Kirito and Asuna's romance more meaningfully by crafting scenes where they talk about their lives outside the game and their views on the game itself. This will also allow for greater character development.

Explore how people adapt to the world they must live in a little more since they have been ripped apart from family and the real world. Bring in the more critical human element by considering their desperation for getting out, their fear of other players, social hierarchy based on level, money, and power held by guilds, PKers, and other such elements seen in both real life and in a gaming community. Perhaps a few episodes dedicated to exploring problems arising from such thoughts and systems would be wise to make the environment feel more realistic.

To continue from the last point, also consider the psychology and sociology that goes into all of this since this is a rare situation to be in.

Do not give Kirito a harem if you want him to pursue Asuna. Give Asuna a rival at best, and that character should be developed just as well and perhaps even act as FOIL for Asuna's own development.

Explore the antagonist's intentions a little more and overtime via clues and hints left to the protagonists. Consider his goals for trapping people in the game (ie to create a better society, an experiment, or even just escapism)

AND most of all

Black Bullet -
I don't really care about what another ending would be like as long as something more dramatic happened because
the ending is sooo boring.
Like maybe someone else dies or something. :/

(P.S this is the anime that I'm talking about not the manga since i haven't read it so i don't know how much the producers
of the anime followed the storyline of the manga)
