Don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but CrunchyRoll Store is not allowing me to purchase anything. I go to the item I want to Add to Cart. I click the button and get this "Sorry, an error occurred." I have tried different web browsers and keep getting the same result. Getting really annoyed by this. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Okay. I logout and tried the same thing without using my account. I still get the same result.

Maybe try clearing browser data then.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting CR support using the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of any CR web page.

Status update.

Tried on my younger brother's computer. Same problem.

We have Time Warner Cable (FYI).

Tried it on my younger brother's Verizon Phone using his mobile data and IT WORKS.

Tried it on my AT&T Phone using the mobile data and IT DOES NOT WORK!

I am really seeing this as a problem with the site more than my end here.

When u go to the "Contact Us" link, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and check what your "Detected Country" is. I bet it's probably something like ZZ.

I was actually able to duplicate your issue by having CR detect my country as ZZ. I have a feeling your available Manga titles are limited to 1 or 2 series as well.

There's another thread here where 4 other people are having issues with Time Warner. More than likely, unfortunately, you may just have to wait a little bit.

Checked the "Detected country" and it does say the "ZZ ()" thing (I live in the U.S.)

Had a similar problem with FUNimation one time while having Time Warner Cable too.

FUNimation had to fix the problem in order to get everything back to normal.

So likely going to have to wait for CrunchyRoll to fix the issue now.

Hopefully that won't take too long.
