Drew received the candy, looking as if he didn't know what to do with it. Meeting Haku's threatening smile, he internally groaned, growing flustered by her charm. Unwrapping the candy, he popped it in his mouth and crushed it between his teeth.
"Thanks." He said, "I feel better already."
Drew wasn't too crazy about sweets, but he didn't dislike them either. Only when he tasted the sugary flavour did he realize how empty his stomach was. Looking the prince over, a pit gnawed down in his stomach.
"Kid, what are you the prince of anyways?"

Seeing the man accept his gift and 'happily' ate it, Princeon's smile grew wider and he couldn't help but kick his feet a little in his seat. "You're welcome!" He said puffing his chest, as if he did a really good deed.

At his question, the young prince hopped off onto his feet and twirled around a bit. "I am... the Prince of the East!" He pointed towards the heavens... just like his favourite character in his favourite book would do.

A small smirk tipped his lips at the boy's enthusiasm, which Drew was quick to cover. Still, he couldn't tell if the boy was really the royal prince, or if it was just a figment of his imagination. Deciding to not crush a child's dreams, he played along.
"Oh?" He half chuckled, "tell me, prince. When you take the throne, what kind of king will you be?" Drew crossed his arms and leaned against the bed frame, slightly amused to what the boy would answer to. Most children would answer along the lines of powerful and kind.

"Haku says I'm too young to think about the throne," he plainly said, almost immediately. "She said I should focus on my studies and decide whether or not to when the time is right... plus... I'm not the only prince of the East." Saying those words didn't sadden the boy, instead, determination filled his uncovered eye as if being King wasn't that big of a deal and that he had other goals in life.
