I was given a one-year premium membership as a gift when I had an All-Access subscription. I decided not to have my the new Premium Plus membership automatically renew, since the gift should have extended my subscription for viewing anime.

My membership status has me as a premium member and my premium membership history says that the gifted membership is active. However, I'm unable to watch any anime this week on either the web site or on the Roku app; I get an error message saying, "A premium subscription is required to view this video." If I say, "I've upgraded," I get the error message, "This content is not included in your subscription. Upgrade to All-Access."

I sent a message to customer help two days ago, but this has yet to be resolved. My subscription is currently going to waste each day that goes by without this being resolved.
