Death is just another path. One that we all must walk, someday. I don't know what lies beyond, but I think when I get there, I'll be ready.

No, as the old joke has it, Catholic heaven has a big wall around it separating it from the rest--

So lately, I've gotten into depression about this subject. When you die, you simply die, all goes away, your memories, and whatnot.

But I'd like to ask, what're your opinions on this subject?

I mean no one actually knows what happens when you die, other than you'll be leaving this existence a physical capacity and it will feel like how you felt before you were born.

Matter can't be created or destroyed (or that's what we know so far as we are still researching higg's boson and dark matter) so who knows what that means.

There's all that quantum particle stuff too where there are confirmed alternate reality particles.

And the big question is what happens to our subconscious or "ghost" once our brain isn't on anymore? Is it just gone forever? Why is there a DMT blast into our brain when we die / near death experiences? Who knows!

It's just one big unknown mystery.
