So how many times a day do you eat and how much?

Like I did before, didn't eat much as to why?
Well just didn't feel it was needed (as it was did get blackout twice from it...)
Still such eating habbit is a bit there eating alot one day and barly anything the other (1 toast and some)

Also how much of such eating habbit do you have does it vary alot? (from 1 meal to nearly eating for 3)

i'm a veeeeeeeery picky eater but i'm not too fussy about the timing. i eat when i can remember to.

just write a poem OP. I think you'd be very good at those.

I eat about 3 meals a day, and maybe I'll snack on something in between. Those meals are pretty big though, easily a portion for 3.

I usually eat 2 to 3 big meals per day, with snacks in between.

I usually eat twice a day. The first meal usually between 10 and 1. The second being between 5 and 8. Sometimes the second meal is too big >.> I'm starting to eat 3 times a day but in way smaller portions.

I eat when I am hunger until I am content. Generally pretty small amounts.

Normally, this amounts to a lot of light eating and one major meal. Still live with my folks, and we eat dinner together from time to time.

Yeah its better for your body to eat 3 times a day (depends on what you eat)
For example eating heavy breads where it last longer and is not all suger, and having that 1 main meal with vegs and protiens.

I eat 6 meals a day. Usually 3 hours apart. It comes out to around 8000 calories a day usually.

I eat when I'm hungry, but its typically around 4 meals a day (relatively small portions, I guess). I skip meals a lot though, especially now that it's summer because I sleep in a lot. (゜▽゜;)

It seems as if I'm always hungry, so I'm always eating something. I eat a lot of food throughout the day.

At least once a day most of the time. (and that's either breakfast or dinner)
I skip meals more than I should. My stomach is also pretty small, so its not like I can eat a lot anyway. And my appetite has gotten a lot lower than usual. SoSo, the only bad thing about my eating habbits is my love for junk food I guess. lol
Dinner or breakfast is enough for meee.
Sometimes I eat snacks too.

You can always train your body to accomodate more food if you want to. I know a few people who have small frames that do this. While this isn't exactly a nice reference, the Holocaust victims had to go through a slow (and probably annoying as hell) process in order to be able to properly handle normal amounts of food once they were rescued from the camps.
