I guess i eat often enough? I'm not a real heavy snacker, but i do tend to eat large meals. I usually eat lunch and dinner, i usually don't bother with breakfast though, and its not because i sleep in a lot (though it's one of the reasons). But i usually eat a late dinner and stay up til 4ish in the morning, so on the days where i have to go to work or class in the morning i wake up as late as i possibly can, skipping the meal and eating later when i have time. There have been weeks where i could only fit in one good sized meal a day, which is fine by me really. My motto is pretty much just eat when you're hungry, but only if you have time. Most of the time though i just gorge myself of various beverages: sodas, coffee, milk, other sugary drinks, water if i feel like it. I could stand to be in a bit better shape though. Could definitely use to cut back on all the sugary stuff

I skip meals more than I should. My stomach is also pretty small, so its not like I can eat a lot anyway. And my appetite has gotten a lot lower thsn usual. Dinner or breakfast is enough for meee.
Sometimes I eat snacks too.

You can always train your body to accomodate more food if you want to. I know a few people who have small frames that do this. While this isn't exactly a nice reference, the Holocaust victims had to go through a slow (and probably annoying as hell) process in order to be able to properly handle normal amounts of food once they were rescued from the camps.

How do I do that? :o

Usually 2-3 Large meals a day since I don't really like snacking. It's kinda hard for me to eat more than that though.

Either increase your portions in increments over time or eat more often but slightly smaller portions. Eventually your body will get used to it and adapt to the higher intake amount. That's a simplistic way of putting it but you can Google for a detailed manner lol.

My eating habits vary greatly and are a little weird.

Generally, the only "meal" I eat is dinner, and I always have a large dinner. I will have a large snack (think of what most people consider "lunch") in the evening as well. Everything in between is snacks.

It really depends on how long i'm out of the house. For some reason, i'm uncomfortable eating in public, so if i'm out for long periods of time, then it's not unheard of for me to literally eat only dinner over the course of a day (one large meal with no snacks). However - that's a rare occurrence.

I generally eat large dinners, large lunches (if I eat lunch, that is), and always skip breakfast. Oh - and I tend to have dessert almost every night as well.

I typically eat around 1600 calories a day now, which is sort of low for a 5'9" or 5'10" guy. Then, again, I have a slight frame and am only around 140 pounds. I eat the most for breakfast and lunch, so it's not uncommon for me to skip dinner or literally take just one bite. I think my stomach shrank from eating like this but a snack here or there isn't unheard of. I have a habt of drinking a glass of water whenever I think I'm hungry just to make sure it is actually hunger, not thirst.
