Sometimes I eat snacks too.

You can always train your body to accomodate more food if you want to. I know a few people who have small frames that do this. While this isn't exactly a nice reference, the Holocaust victims had to go through a slow (and probably annoying as hell) process in order to be able to properly handle normal amounts of food once they were rescued from the camps.

How do I do that? :o

Either increase your portions in increments over time or eat more often but slightly smaller portions. Eventually your body will get used to it and adapt to the higher intake amount. That's a simplistic way of putting it but you can Google for a detailed manner lol.

Ohh yeah of course.
I am kinda reluctant to really do anything about it at the moment cuz we are running low on money (due to the fact my mother doesn't have a job at the moment.) so we've literally been just eating junk food and frozen foods lately. Not even fruits.
I need to maintain my weight at least. I'll probably google it to see if I can find a way for poor ppl like me lol

Does bread cost alot where you are (the whole grain bread where it could help you and lastes very long but need something on or salats, potatos has alot of many things and is quite healthy so that and something else would be pretty good)

I lived off baby carrots, eggs, the occasional on-sale meat (must cook yourself), and 69 cent packs of instant noodles when I was trying to save money. Some fruits are cheap when on sale and you can always pick fruit from fruit trees whenever you get a chance. There were tangerine, pomegranate, and apple trees in my area.

When I feel like it, as much as I want.

I do limit the things I do eat though.

I don't eat animal products (for health reasons, although I am considering reintroducing fish into my diet) or processed sugar.

If it's a food without animal products or processed sugar, I just eat until I am satisfied.

I tend to eat lots of beans.

Usually 2 meals per day. I dont eat breakfast and sometimes I would skip lunch. Sometimes I only eat 1 meal per day and its usually a big meal too. Since its the summer I dont eat much cuz there really isnt much to eat in my house. However, if need to get work done I would usually eat 3 meals a day just so I can have some energy. Most of the time I skip meals is because i'm lazy and I need to lose weight.

Well that sounds "good" most seems to be most of what you would need wheat, meat, eggs, carrots.

A breef picture on what you should eat and the "amount".

Yeah but Rice is one of the cheapest sources of filling calories out there.

Beans on the other hand are a wonderful food for nutrition, but they give you gas. Also while I love the taste of beans, I guess they aren't for everyone. I typically eat black beans because they seem to be the highest in fiber and protein, and the lost in sugar.

I think about eating all. the. time.
But I try not to.

When I was little, my parents worked full time so between school and babysitters' houses and relatives' houses- not a lot of people actually checked whether or not I had eaten.
And being hungry sucks.

So I constantly ask people if they've eaten yet.
And on holidays like birthdays and Kwanzaa, I am cooking literally all day.

I had surgery a few years ago and about 2/3 of my stomach was removed. What's left looks like a banana with a pouch at the bottom. So now I can only eat tiny meals. I'm never hungry. I have to remind myself to eat or I'll go 2 or 3 days without eating. In the early days I literally had to set my phone alarm or I'd forget. It's better now that I'm used to it, but I still eat like a 5-year old kid and always will.

I eat around 3200 kcal a day when building muscle and around 1900kcal a day when cutting for a six pack. I try and split it into as many meals as possible throughout the day. I try to eat all healthy too

Well fast food could sometimes be considered "fine" (would be good to know when they changed oil but that is way too expensive)... just sometimes or prepare for heart attack (or atleast some diffulties with the heart and many other things)
Mostly ensure you not to eat trans fat the "most dangerous" fat? (either been meat/fish that have been too long and developed this can make a hard time in your blood system)
