I eat mostly eat once a day usually around the afternoon. Sometimes I eat twice a day depending on how busy I am.

I'm really picky so don't eat much at all, I don't eat beef and as for pork and like thinly sliced black forrest ham and bacon. My main source of meat is chicken. I get tired of it so I'll just a eat a little of it.. plus I get full pretty quick. But I probably snack more than I should from boredom. But on average I'll have lunch and dinner, breakfast makes my stomach hurt. Though during the school year I'll have something like a pack of mini muffins or a banana because I do get hungry before lunch, its rare though.

I have the usual three squares a day - Breakfast, lunch and dinner - With lots of snacking throughout the day in between

I eat whenever I feel hungry regardless whether it is conventional breakfast, lunch, dinner time or not. On average 3 times a day. When I sit at home whole day (which is mostly during winter months) I don't really feel hungry and eat tiny portions twice a day. On other days when I am physically active I eat a lot (4-5 times a day) and mostly unhealthy sugary items such as cookies, donuts, muffins, ice cream, etc.

Bar in the morning while at work, bar for lunch, dinner is a meal at home. It's too hot to eat right. But I drink a lot of water.

So some one else having a habbit of eating less when on holiday (unless you want to eat alot of great food that is, if its cheap)
I do for the most part or atleast quite different then from home mostly because of the temp.

I get all my meals in within an 8 to 9 hour window (usually 12 pm to 8 pm) and then I basically am in a fasted state for the rest of the night all the way until after my AM workout.

As for how much I eat, my post workout meal is always my biggest for two reasons: 1) it's right after a lifting session and 2) it's my first meal after a fast of approximately 14 hours.

Here's a sample of something I ate after a workout (all of it is mine with the exception of the chirashi-don at the top left of the picture). Occasionally, on a cheat day, I'll have 2-3 large pizzas to myself.

I play football competitively and lift weights daily. I eat A LOT of food. Mind you, not junk food or fast food. Lots of chicken, beef, rice, veggies, fruits, all that jazz. I pretty much eat anything minus the bad stuff, as long as I don't over eat. I drink protein shakes if I feel I didn't get enough protein throughout the day. I probably consume around 3500-4000 cal give or take.

I have four meals a day. Breakfast, which time depends if I'm going to uni or not. Lunch at 12:00. Dinner at 3:30-4;30 generally and supper at 8.00 PM approximately. I also have a lot of snacks in between, thankfully I have great metabolism
