Soo, i'm being charged but i'm not getting premium is there away to get direct contact with staff?

Hope your issue is resolved. CR staff usually resolves billing issues pretty quickly. I would give it a day or two.

The "Contact" link is at the bottom of all pages: /help?topic=contact

Did you happen to create a second account with a trial on a device, like PS3/4, WII-u, xbox, Apple TV etc? I have seen other posts where that turned out to be the cause of being charged, and not realizing it was a separate account/username.

Also, if you signed up through Apple/iTunes, then you have to manage it there instead of here on your CR account:

That's possible but of my 2 mails, only 1 has a Crunchyroll acc linked to it. Therefore if they tellme which acc it's connected to it would be better.To be exact my smart tv seems to be linked to a different account to my phone and my pc which is disturbing as i can't watch my selections on my phone or pc only computer. I've been emailing staff constantly yet i get no reply, even though i've been charged since 2 weeks ago.

Looks like one of my colleagues had a look at your case. I've closed down the other tickets you have sent in (sending multiple tickets will not speed up the process, BTW).
