Has anyone ever taken the 10 day without sugar challenge? I have tried only made it to 3 days. Then I accidentally ate a candy. Also I'm not talking fruit sugar. I'm talking sugar from doughnuts the extra sugar in your pasta sauce etc. anyway I'm addicted to sugary foods..... R you? Do u think sugar is addictive? Could you do the 10 day without sugar challenge?

Edit: most processed foods have sugar.... even your toast.... the 10 day without sugar is harder than you think. Just check your labels on foods u buy at the store. Foods u wouldn't think have added sugar in it. And for the people who think its easy.... I DARE you TO TRY IT!
then come back and tell me if ya succeeded.

I am pretty sure I can do that challenge... I mean most of my days are sugarless to begin with.

Yes I have, I'm not addicted now but I could say I was cause at certain times I would binge eat something sweet like there was no tomorrow like the craving was so intense, Is sugar addictive short answer yes quite addictive probably even more so than other things cause it's a macro nutrient that's added into alot of stuff. I could and I do since I make the majority of my meals myself from scratch, somewhere down the line I kinda lost my craving for sweet things to where I'm sensitive to the flavor and too much is off putting.

Boil hotdogs. Let the hotdog water cool. Drink it, it helps alleviate sugar cravings.

I could probably do it. I have been avoiding added sugar as much as practically possible during these last few years. I occasionally crave a piece of chocolate or some gummies but the urge is easy to resist.

Love me some sugary stuff. If all of the sugary fuds are hidden for 10 days I MIGHT be able to do it. Although I won't be very happy

I think I could do it, but I mean everything has hidden sugar in it lol.

10 days without food sounds more challenging imo.

Like eating food without sugar, or just not adding sugar to your food?
