Like eating food without sugar, or just not adding sugar to your food?

both. Also fruit sugar doesn't count.... you could eat that... Im talking processed foods... drinks, bread, protein bars, pasta sauce, torillas, the stuff with added sugar... if you check the labels it should say grams or mg or something like that on the back....

I can't even last a day without sugar.
If I am going out, I need coffee. I put a lot of cream & sugar in my coffee.
I put sugar in my tea as well.
Without sugar idk what I would do. Sugar is like my stress reducer.
(Stressed spelled backwards is desserts. I think this explains a lot.)

well if your going about it like that desserts can lead to stress and weight gain.....

Oh I've done that many times without noticing. I don't always eat bread either. I have a sweet tooth now but growing up I was a fan of savoury stuff. I still dislike many sweets, biscuits and almost all chocolate bars. I enjoy the natural sweetness of fruit and find that that's enough many times. I only drink water all day every day. I won't drink tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fizzy drinks, juice drinks and I may have the occasional drink of juice. A lot of the times I can count the amount of juice I've had a year on one hand. Once when I was out with sis she couldn't find any juice so got one of those sweet flavoured drinks thinking it'd be okay for me because it wasn't fizzy. I took a sip then couldn't drink any more. Too artificial and too sweet. I disposed of the full bottle it discreetly in a bin. I'd have been fine with nothing if water couldn't be found.

I haven't had processed sugar in close to 3 years.

If I go on a green smoothie / juice diet, eating only peanut butter aside from the juice, I usually lose all cravings for anything within about 3 days.

A no sugar challenge is ridiculous. Just because you're not tasting the glucose doesn't mean you're not getting it, and more than you realize.

"What people just can’t seem to get into their mind is that the slice of whole grain bread they put into their body transforms itself to sugar, essentially the same glucose that you get from the white powdery stuff you put in your tea or coffee. And it does so in huge amounts.
If you want to know how much sugar is any food, find out the number of grams of carbohydrate and then divide by four (4).
Now for the shocker.
How many teaspoons of sugar are in two thin slices of supposedly healthy whole grain bread?
Hold onto your hat. Ten (10) teaspoons of sugar.
Now how many teaspoons of sugar are in that very sweet tasting snickers bar?
8.5 teaspoons of sugar."

Ah OK.

That would be hard for me because I'm currently using protein bars while I'm working.

I rarely eat sugar (except fruit). I simply don't crave it. If I do eat it, I eat it straight after a workout.

I herd when you stop eating sugar for a while then come back to eating it... The flavor is very intense!
