CrunchyRoll... this problem with " my queue " tab of not being able to remove or add shows to it ... it's been going on for a while... and at first it didn't bother me... i thought that it was only a temporary bug .. but ya still haven't fixed it... can you please get on it? thanks.

I'm having the same issues. It doesn't work on the website on desktop and it doesn't work with my phone app either.

I'm having issues with it too.

When I added Amagi Brilliant Park to the queue, there were times when I would visit the queue and it would not be there. Now that I have finished all 12 episodes, I can not seem to remove it from the queue.

It seems that shows can not be added to it either now. I tried adding Wagnaria in preparation for the upcoming Summer anime season, but it is not there. Unlike the other new shows, it actually has episodes there from the previous seasons, so it should appear in the queue.

Lastly, sometimes I would visit the queue and find that some shows are not in their spot. I usually have the queue organized in alphabetical order, except for the shows I am currently watching, which I keep at the top. Occassionally, I will visit my queue and see a show that I had put toward the top is back in its previous spot lower down the list. This is a minor gripe compared to the others, but it is annoying.

Add me to the list too ... I can't remove anything from any device . I haven't tried to add anything yet . They just don't seem to care anymore . And dropping Samsung support to boot ! Hire programmers if you need them !

Rather than repeat myself, they do know, and they are working on it (slowly, apparently), and there is a temporary workaround which may need to be repeated after awhile:

I'll try that and see . It really pisses me though when support tells you to "buy another device" to stream premium content ! They can buy it for me and the guarantee it will work ! Like that would happen . So far each of these devices have issues I have , Xbox 360 , PC , tablet , Roku and bluray , which is losing support . How does all have issues ? What do you get then ? See my point ?

Also some shows in your queue will randomly turn invisible. I added Anohana months ago, and I realized the other day that it wasn't on my queue anymore, even though I hadn't removed it. On the Anohana series' page, the button says "remove from queue." So it's in my queue but it's invisible.

Anohana was taken down; the license expired. The show page is still there, but no episodes are available, so nothing would appear in the queue, the same as when you add new shows before they have episodes or placeholders. If it ever came back, it would show up again if you leave it there. I sometimes wonder if that sort of thing is responsible for some of the issues we see.

This workaround stopped working days ago. I now have to remove shows, add shows, swirl them all around, move them to the top, move them to the bottom... and then by the time I get through an episode or two, it's all screwed up again. It's even worse than it was before.

Crunchy won't ever fix this. They'll fix it when they fix the Roku app. And the 360 app. And the Kindle Fire app. And all the other apps that are broken. And by broken, I don't mean crappy functionality. I mean barely working, constant buffering or just straight up crashing ALL THE TIME, UNUSABLE LEVEL. They don't care, because they're just going to set the programmers they have to work expanding to new devices with new half-baked apps to draw in new customers who will leave in frustration after a few months like everyone else. Resign yourself to watching stuff from the search menu or just be frustrated all the time, because it's not going to change. If you're still harboring illusions that Crunchy cares, go look at the announcement threads for the "new awesome Roku app" or the "new awesome Xbox app" to see the people STILL begging Crunchy for help with stuff that was promised to be "fixed soon" over a year ago.

Yeah the site has really fallen in quality over the years in terms of customer support. They literally ignore everything anyone sends them.

I have finished 2 shows and I did not get the usual award and now I cant get them off my queue. Please fix this already

My queue keeps reverting back to a previous state. Anime and drama I've added are gone, shows I've removed have returned and the order is the same as it was a few months ago. The system knows it's wrong though because when I try to remove things from my xbox it shows that they're already gone and if I try to re-add they're already added. It does this randomly switching between how it was months ago and back to how I have it now.

Changing something in the queue and refreshing with F5 gave me the real list but pressing F5 again reverted back to the old list.
Since this suggest something buffering when something old is reused but not when updated, I cleared browser history and restarted the browser. Now the old list is gone when I just press F5. It might be possible to block the data from being stored locally to go around it permanently.

Same here.. refesh des not work.. don't remember what is all on my list... I find it.. hit 'add to queue' and says 'already there' and still does not show up... sigh

I have shows turning invisible as well, ones without any liscencing issues
