June 26th will forever be remembered as "Double Rainbow Day". I swear I have never seen so many rainbows in my life.

University of Hawaii athletics should bring back the "Rainbow Warriors" name just for today.

Edit: Never mind. I see they already did it two years ago.

You see rainbows all the time in San Francisco.

Nothing spectacular, really.

I first thought it was a My Little Pony reference, and then realized........I wouldn't be far off.

(Yes, thank you, LGBT community, in your search for a "unifying symbol" to make yourselves a political player....You've Taken Rainbows Away from the innocent rest of the world.
Literally and figuratively.)

Why so? It's a human right to be free as you are and everyone no matter sex, religion or sexual orientation should be treated equally. All they're doing is celebrating whit the world.

But if you think this is "Inappropriate for corporations" then you better stop using every Apple, Google, Microsoft, Sony, Nikon and a crap ton of other corporations products since all of them are lgbt supporters, haters gonna hate

Why you ask? because they're a company, it's sole purpose is to make money.

Why are they getting involved in troublesome and divisive topics such as politics and/or religion? (take a look at some backlash they're getting on Facebook as a result, could have been avoided) Crunchyroll could easily say "F*ck the bigots* unfortunately for them, Bigots also work, and i'm pretty sure many pay for services on their website.

This can only hurt a company's bottom line in my opinion, even if the religion or politics they're advocating is viewed favorably by the majority, why would they alienate a minority of their customers who may be against such ideologies? are the cash that they pay for Crunchyroll's services not wanted/welcomed? I mean, based on forum polls and post, a ton of Crunchyroll subscribers/users are religious, are they not welcomed?

Sorry if it seems like I'm against them because of this one decision, I'm not, and I'm not naive, I know the importance of what today means for millions of LGBT people, especially it being pride month and all.

However, I also believe that a business should remain as a-political as possible.

Yes Apple and many other companies are waving the rainbow flag today, but many other corporation are not getting involved, and they're doing just as well monetarily.

So I don't see the gain as a corporation.

If Apple's CEO Tim Cook went on to his personal twitter and did something like this, I would care less, but don't take your diverse and interfaith company just so that you can peddle your beliefs in their faces, and all for what? just so people can congratulate them on their stance? please...

I'm no hater by the way, I could care less who is banging who, I only care about who I'm sleeping with
