Not just cheese. Really any dairy. Right before bed. It's not really that healthy for full grown adults so the body processes it and naturally starts to warm you up and is slightly uncomfortable but since you continue to sleep through the night there are odd dreams

This is really a common thing. So if you want strange dreams you should eat cheese, ice cream, yogurt then go directly to sleep. This also will make you fat on a daily basis hahahahahaha

I don't eat much, fortunately, so I can probably get away with eating two servings of cheese before bedtime. The problem is that dairy makes me break out if I have too much. That dream was worth it, though.

I was really clairvoyant as a child. I used to have lots of dreams that would happen in real life. It often took weeks and months. I used to tell my cousins when I was little and they would just brush me off and say I was weird. I confessed to my cousin once that I had a dream my step mother died in a hospital bed. I could see her all gross and boated.

Sure enough two years later she died of cirrhosis of the liver. Over drank on the whiskey. And the symptoms of it you get really bloated like your retaining water and you look bad. Makes me sick. Till this day I am horrified of hospitals.

My cousin asked me not to tell her anything anymore. I understand how she feels though. The first time it happened in real life I was really freaked out. But had gotten used to it. I can see how if someone actually experienced it happen with me for the first time it would really scare them.

It seems that kids are the ones who have the most weird, supernatural experiences. I've sleepwalked only once that I know of, and I was 6 at the time. My grandma found me kneelig in the hallway with my eyes rolled into my head. I was murmuring "water" in Taiwanese over and over and wouldn't wake up. Then, I passed out and didn't wake up until the afternoon.

I would have never known this if my grandma never told me.

I have a few but I will tell one for now. Once when I was 6 I was staying up late watching TV in the living room I glanced over into the dining room very quickly it was dark but at my house we always leave the kitchen and bathroom light on at night I saw a shadow move very fast across the entrance to the kitchen and the far dining room wall.

I was on a ghost tour in Hawaii that visited various haunted sites on Oahu. Some people on my tour group were able to catch energy fields and orbs on their cameras. Near the end of the trip, our tour leader took us to a place that's supposed to be haunted by Night Marchers, the spirits of warriors who come out during certain times of the month. He pointed his finger to the distance and claimed to have seen a pair of red eyes stare at him. As I recall, there was also what seemed to be the sounds of chanting. A pretty scary experience if you ask me.

This happened about a month or two ago. It was a really rainy and windy day, freezing cold and the wind was like an icy whip. I was visiting with a friend out in the country and had stayed at his house, and we decided to go for a drive in the morning. The ditches were filled with water and fields were flooded. About a mile down from his house, we saw a car in the middle of a field half submerged in a huge puddle. We thought nothing of it and just assumed it was one of those old trashed cars a lot of farmers have strewn about their property because it didn't seem to be new, neither could we see tracks from when it was driven there and we didn't see anyone in it. A couple days later, we heard from some friends that they drove by it too, and an ambulance and the police were there pulling a body out of the car. We still don't know if the person was dead or injured or just stuck.

A few auto accidents:

1. My friend was driving his car (5 people total in the car) and one of his headlights were broken. We were also pretty distracted and were making a lot of small talk. The highway was pretty dark as well, and my friend was cruising along at about 70. Suddenly, we saw the wreckage of a motorcycle but it was too late to stop. My friend avoided the motorcycle but ran over the body. We felt a good bump and he was freaking out pretty badly. We don't know if the guy was already dead or we killed him by running him over. There weren't any cars around so he kept going. Most likely, he was already dead. Otherwise, he wouldn't be sprawled out on the road motionless like that. I guess if he died after being run over, it would probably have been painless since he looked at least unconscious.

2. An old Asian lady was walking across one of the entrances to the local mall. The mall is about 5 minutes from my house. An SUV with an aggressive driver behind the wheel was coming out of the mall parking lot managed to attempt an exit at a most unfortunate time. The lady was in a blind spot and wasn't paying attention to traffic. The SUV was speeding. Well, the SUV won and the lady was reduced to a smear on the road. Later, I circled back around to get to my house. Some road workers covered most of the body with a black tarp or something but you could see organ bits and unidentifiable chunks of flesh all over the road. A few days later, I read about the incident.

3. There was a flaming wreck of a pickup truck on the side of the road on the 60 freeway in California about 5 years ago. I saw a person crushed against the steering column and couldn't tell if he was dead or alive or if someone later saved him. There was nothing I could do since I was in the passing lane going 80 and it only occurred to me that he may have died several seconds after I passed the wreck. By then, I was too far away to go back.

Drug overdose. Methadone.

Worst parts:

Flat-lining and being hit with the defibrillator, but still being conscious enough to remember the feeling. I wasn't coherent enough to understand what I was feeling... but it was the most painful thing I have ever felt. Didn't even know it was possible to be aware of being hit with a defibrillator, until the next day when I was fully conscious, the next day. I thought if you flat-lined you were always unconscious.... not so. Hard to describe the feeling, I guess intense, painful radiation throughout my entire body. At the time I was in and out of dreams and consciousness... and completely misinterpreting what I was experiencing, due to the drugs. I thought aliens were abducting me and that they were zapping me with radiation to turn me into some monstrosity. So...don't want to do that again.

Then, I fell in and out of dreams in the hospital. In my dreams I was in this city that only had these creatures of various shapes and forms. I knew they were human, but when I tried to speak, I could not, and they couldn't speak to me either. We were all just shuffling around in this city that was otherwise empty and completely bleak and silent.

Then, I woke up on Sunday morning, not remembering anything from the Friday night until EMS had me. The total loss of more than an entire day was eerie.

Realizing I had flat-lined scared the crap out of me.

BUT... the worst part was the week after that. Everything tasted metallic. I couldn't eat. I couldn't sleep. My brain was so fuzzy and clouded, like it was filled with static, that I thought I had suffered permanent brain damage. The scariest thing I have ever faced is the thought that I had destroyed the thing about myself in which I find the most pride, my intelligence. I thought I was going to be screwed up forever.

All-in-all, I learned from it, recovered, and moved forward with life. I just wish it was a lesson I never needed to learn... especially like that.

Oh, and a year later, my dad (who I got the methadone from) died of an overdose on the stuff. So, stay away from that stuff, kids. It is dangerous.

Paranomal:
I once stayed at my mom's side of the family's house and I was sent down to the room in the basement since the hole house was full and there was nowhere else to sleep, so I was like "Oh yeah, not creepy at all e.e" But I fed up with it and decided not to whine... Bad decision.
The first night I stayed down there I was writing a list of what I could buy for my dad back home and I suddenly feel like someone or something is behind me breathing in my ear and I start hearing very low mumbling, so I freak out and go upstairs like a crazy man and tell my relatives.
No f*cks given, they told me it was probably the AC or just the flow of air... The second night I was on my phone (scared) just checking Twitter feeds and suddenly I feel someone sit down next to me on the bed, like literally, not kidding. At first I thought it was the cat that decided to sleep with me so I checked and the only thing I saw was the trace of what was sitting there. I immediately went up the stairs and woke everyone in the house and told them what happened, they let me stay at a hotel the next day.
Gruesome:
I was at my family's ranch with some friends and we were out in the wild just having fun, when we found trail marks of supposedly blood, so we followed the trail and then we found tons of blood, and a machete covered in blood too, we freaked out but told eachother maybe it was a hunter that was skinning it's prey but when we looked closer there was broken nails from someone's fingers and pieces of skin, after that I just ran back to the ranch and called the nearby police. I don't think they ever found anything though...
There was also this one time I was in a bus looking out and I see this biker who was just gonna go through the street when another bus hits him and I just see him go under the wheels. I think he got caught in them or something because after the bus passed only blood remained and his bike was all smashed to pieces. I wanted to go check but decided not to since I could be late for work lol...

Sorry for your loss. That sounds like an extremely bad trip and you seem fortunate to be alive. I've heard stories of bad hallucinogen trips and have tried methadone before, but I have always been careful with the doses so I usually don't go overboard. It has happened but it's rare. And I don't really do much of anything anymore.

Reminds me of my worst trip. It was on K. Someone gave me a bump of the animal-grade stuff. I'd been drinking on an empty stomach shortly before that and had around 6 drinks before the bump. It was the most thorough blackout I've ever experienced. It was as if no time passed at all, that I had just blinked.

I woke up in the parking lot and found myself trying to walk, with one of my friends holding me up by the arm and guiding me to the car. The last thing I remembered was that it was 11pm or so. When I came to, it was past 3am. This was in a public club and I could only listen in horror as he explained what happened to me. Apparently, I was walking around and moving around during a good portion of the blackout time. I didn't even remember having that bump. So no more K for me. I'd rather have a bad hangover than wake up with that feeling of dread and shock.

Darkest experience was when the power went out for the entire city / suburbs so I went to my friends house to play Arkham Horror boardgame.

Unusual:
I was up late at night being kept up with thoughts of suicide. I was questioning any higher being, God, gods, high powers, higher being, anything. I was asking for anything, for help or a sign. After a little bit the words "Infinite possibilities" came to my head, like if it was implanted into my mind. It's hard to explain, I didn't think it. It just appeared. Very weird, I don't believe in a caring and loving God, or really anything superstition outside of what can be proven by science.
Yet this happened. I've thought of what infinite possibilities could have meant, it's like someone wanted me to understand something. Unfortunately I haven't. I get goosebumps just thinking about this experience.

So last year I was studying anatomy in a first year course, we got to look at cadavers (Bodies donated to science). pretty weird seeing whole bodies + seperated legs, arms and heads.
Then this year on a field trip for university a man, who was clearly under the influence of some drug, decided to jump in front of our bus. He then rolled along the road for a good 15 metres and lay there still. When people with first aid rushed outside to help him he was alive, but his face was cut pretty bad from the glass. When the paramedics arrived they cut open his shirt and his ribs were all pushed in to shit. Pretty traumatic but I find myself to be fairly emotionless.
