Post Reply Cant end premium membership

I accidently signed up for a 7 day free trial on iTunes last week. The first thing I did was turn off my auto subscription so I wouldn't get it renewed after the 7 day free trial. But it appears it didn't work not only that but I may have found a bug in the billing system because I got hit with a monthly subscription charge (3 days later still says pending on payment) even though both ITunes and crunchy roll don't have any of my payment information inside. I am a bit worried about this my account now is so screwed up I cant upgrade membership or cancel it which is what I want to do I am locked into a premium membership has anyone seen something like this before. I should point out that I am basically steeling membership from crunchyroll it thinks I am a premium member when in fact I shouldn't be because it should have been denied instead of pending

If you have a computer this might be the best way to fix it.

I tried there is nothing I can do. My account is locked into a premium membership even on ITunes there is nothing I can do I can see that it ended but on crunchyroll it trying to bill me but I cant cancel it there is seriously no option to and I looked everywhere on my pc. That's why I think its some kind of bug I found. as I said I am basically stealing membership at this point and I don't know what to do I even contacted billing about this but I heard nothing back yet. Maybe I should report this to a mod so it can get escalated I should point out its a bug on crunchyroll side not iTunes iTunes worked correct the way it should its in the setting on my account on this site that's the problem

Memberships via iTunes can only be canceled via iTunes. You'll have to reach out to the iTunes customer service regarding your pending charge.

ITunes said its fine on there end and to contact crunchyroll I am now stuck in a loop and cant end my membership or delete my account

ITunes says its a bug on your end because I am not being charged and they don't see it I think I was right I still am stealing membership and I wont pay because of a bug with the system and there is nothing I can do my membership should have gone back to regular membership and not stay stuck on premium like it is now so its defiantly a bug if anyone else can reproduce this please post it
