I forgot my password for my account, so I went to the "forgot password" option in the log in screen. I typed in my email address, pressed enter, and a message said that I would receive an email in order to reset my password.

However, I never received an email. (I checked my spam folder/etc.) I tried this multiple times and each time it didn't work. Finally, I tried to contact crunchyroll with their "help" section. The response time was very slow, and I received a generic response telling me to use the forgot password option at the log in screen....which I had already done!! My question was never answered, and it's been a week.

Meanwhile, I have already paid for this month and can't access my account. Crunchyroll's customer service appears to be terrible, so I made another account to access the forums in hopes that I can get some help. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Was the response from a customer service rep? If so, u should reply back to their response and let them know that u don't receive any e-mails when u use the "Forgot Password" option.

What may have happened is your account may have been hacked, and your password and e-mails may have been changed. Sometimes one of the CR support staff like shinryou will stop by these Help threads, so one of them may possibly help u soon if they see this thread.

Thanks for your response suikojay! The response was from a customer service rep, and I had already replied to the response but received another generic response telling me to try the "forgot password" option.

I tried replying again today and finally received an appropriate response. Unfortunately, the problem was still not fixed, so I'm waiting for another response at the moment.
