I signed up for a free trial of premium membership and went to cancel it before 11:59 Pacific Time, but saw I'd already been charged today. Is there some problem with time zones? How can I cancel and get the money back? The free trial shouldn't have been over yet.

The free trial was 30 days, you started it on the 31st of May and it ended end of day of the 29th of June.

I've refunded the charge, it may take about 3 business days to reflect on your account.

Thanks for your help! I'm sure I checked a few days in advance and it definitely said 11:59 Pacific Time on the 30th. I think these things used to say 12:00 for every transaction when I used to be a regular here, so maybe someone at a department tried to clarify noon/midnight by changing to a minute earlier but in coding it somehow left the date/days the same? Has anyone else noticed the same thing?
