hi I was using the Crunchyroll app on my Samsung Blu Ray player but I saw in a post by customer support that from the 15th of July that's no longer going to be an option . I know that you can't use the app on PS3 and PS4 in the uk and it doesn't say on the app page which ones are available in the UK . Can anyone tell me what devices can use the app in the UK please many thanks

From what I understand the Roku and Apple TV apps should be available in the UK. As I recall, the UK was included in the countries where both the Xbox 360 and One apps are available. (Microsoft doesn't fragment their online app stores in the manner Sony does).

You can actually use the PS3 and PS4 apps in the UK, you just can't get them from the UK PSN store. If you search for and use the instructions to create a US PSN account, however, you can then download the CR app (and any other apps that might be US-specific).

I heard you could get it that way but I was a bit worried that it could void the warranty i think they could claim that it was a an authorised app on the console . I may just be in a bit paranoid though lol think I may look into getting the Roku box then thank you
