It's happened to me 3 times now and I have to resubmit my order. Thankfully when it times out, that order is cancelled.

Just want to know if people are aware of this issue or if it's only me.

Also, all the ordes have been submitted on the mobile app.

It seems the website wants to keep loading a page ( PC ) so I just think the website is just messed up! I have sent in 3 requests already!

I've been having the same problem on the last two orders I've made on the crunchyroll store. Very disappointing when I'm trying to order a surprise gift for my wife

I forgot if I was getting payment gateway timeouts, but I do remember getting problems whenever I would have 2 tabbed browsers (or more) open, and at least 2 of the tabbed browsers having something in my cart, and then trying to check out. I would get some kind of an issue (it might have been a gateway timeout, I don't remember), but basically I would end up with a canceled order.

When u guys experienced this problem, did u have 2 or more tabbed browsers of CR open, and did 2 or more of those browsers have something in your cart?

Yes I think at first I tried to open a 2nd tab / but then I closed it and the original page just went white when I changed the page !

I did not have anything in CR's cart! It seems t be better today!

I think I did have multiple tabs open within CR at the time. I'll try having only a single tab next time. Thanks for the suggestion
