Why was I charge for a non recurring payment?!! and why is the payment 11.95 instead of 6.95!?! wtf scammers?!??!

CR has different types of membership, the 11.95 is for the more expansive membership. I doubt anyone but you or the support line can figure out why you were charged, but I'm sure all of the discussion forum will do their utmost in solving this mystery anyways.

my membership has always been 6.95 and I DONT EVEN SEE A OPTION FOR 11.95 to begin with...the main problem is why was I CHARGE FOR A NON RECURRING PAYMENTS!?!??!

A common reason I have seen for someone being charged "incorrectly" is that somehow they created a second account and that's where the charge comes from.

However, the only way to work out exactly what happened in your case is to contact customer support directly rather than ranting in the forums. Please use the Contact Us form to do that.

Sometimes support staff do visit the forum, but that's pretty much only after they've dealt with direct requests, such as those made via the Contact Us form. In fact, at the very top of the Support forums it does say:

"For payments, store orders and account questions please Contact Support directly."

There used to be an all access membership for the price of 11.95 and the 6.95 used to be the anime only membership price. But i do believe the pricing has changed.

You have 2 accounts. One with a "." in the email address, the other has an "_" in the email address. Both accounts have a subscription.

I cant access my email, because I don't remeaber the verification code on that email. Can anyone delete that account for me and change the subscription to this account?
