Be smart and strong enough to work on yourself based on your opinion of yourself!
If you find that you like yourself, others will, too.

Though it's something that requires a lot of confidence.

There are some limits though. I mean sure you can be wild and what-not, but please shower at least twice a week....

And brush your teeth the same amount?

I try n remember to do those things.. =x lol

But it doesn't feel good to be a lazy potato~ I wanna get up an get ready for the day even if I don't have any plans!
Which is often.. x3;

It is a fine line, you can get awhile with a lot, but don't be surprised if someone will call you out on something sooner or later.

Hey it happens to me a lot. I seem to care what others think of me a lot of times because I seem think too much on what others think than myself. That's why I try to stay away from that and do my own thing and ignore what other people say.

Let's take two states. California and Idaho.

Californian moves to Idaho, starts complaining about farming, lack of starbucks, and guns. Gets ran off.

Idahoian moves to California, starts complaining about too many starbucks, not enough guns and dirty hippies. Gets ran off.

Savvy?

What you might find normal, is completely shunned somewhere else.

Yes. I used to but after looking back on my life said screw it all to hell and now just say what's on my mind and do what makes me feel happy (unless it's something that'll hurt others).

Idk as someone with really life-destroying and debilitating anxiety & depression, I need reassurance that ppl like me. I recognize that some ppl don't like me of course... Doesn't bother me. I worry more that the people I like, like me too.

I care & don't care at the same time.
I have such low self-esteem that if someone said I was a dumbass i be like "yeah ik lol"
But if I know they and they seem disappoited & mad I just might cry....yes I have feelings.

I think what's happening right now is that a new generation is growing. It isn't good or bad, just like opinions, but culturally where you grow up effects how one think. Example, I am Chinese, but live in America. I think America is very unique because the country is very diverse. I'll leave it up to you if you think we are a mixing bowl/melting pot. What makes America unique is our large mixture of culture, and like every country it has it's good and bad. Compare America where ethnicity on tv is recognized to China or even Japan where the dominate ethnicity is East Asian and there isn't much news coverage on rebelling about the minorities that live in that country. In America people notice when a movie is all white people even though white soon won't be a majority in America. However, ever watched a drama from Asia? The dominate race is Asian and that is exactly what you would expect, but culturally not as many people immigrate to the east compare to the west. This gives the west a greater chance to mingle with new cultures added to there own. I believe we as a growing diverse population who have more access to the world than in previous decades and with that are adjusting to understand one another view.

Take the "N" word for example. In History, to this day many European ancestors owned/killed/oppressed people who were not considered white. Black people or African American (where I live) the hot topic. It isn't any white person's fault to this day if someone in there family murdered a African/Hispanic/Asian/Jew. Yes, it is really heart breaking, but I don't believe in looking at someone who is white is saying "It's all your fault." However, I do believe in respect. Think about the N word this way------A white person can't be racist against another white person-----A Asian person can't be racist against another Asian person......ect...... Same goes for the N word. A black person saying it to another black person as long as they seem cool with it is all right. However, anyone who is not black can't say it unless you happen to be in a relationship where whoever you're with gives you permission. Even then it would be respectful to do it in the privacy where no one can hear you. In my opinion. Personally, I don't like being called "yellow skin" since I'm not yellow, but brown. However, when one of my Asian friends makes a joke about yellow skin, I laugh. That is because we share a common ground of both being Asian. Kinda get what I mean?

Just like any opinion, you will have the same side split up. Let's take feminism for example. There are those who are feminist, supporting equal rights and respecting others views. Then there are "feminist" who believe any sexist joke is a sin and men can't be sexualize just as much as woman can't rape men (okay, the last one is really extremist).

In Magic Mike, it is a bunch of stripper men, then we have Burlesque with stripper woman. Depending on who you are, you would find both equally exposing the human body for sexual joy. Then again, depending on who you are one could argue Berlesque is female power with woman can do what they want or woman being used only for their body. The argument would stand that the male figure in history has been drawn by males for the males eyes (some times referred to as homoerotic). Meanwhile the female figure had been drawn by males for the male eyes (AP Art History). Again for many people who are deep into the feminist movement, one would learn that the females were not allowed to draw nude bodies and only still life. Men thought woman would be entice to sleep with the male models even tough they slept with there female models. Then if you were gay, secretly with your same-sex model. However, for most of us we think on the surface.

As humans we want things to be fair. We want reverse-racism, that means no certain race can be the only racist race. It's like no kid is left without a lollipop. We want both male and females to be on the same plane field. That would mean males are also oppressed in society just like females. Unfortunately we all grow up (at least most of us, hopefully) and learn life isn't fair. We can't crack out a racial joke without being called a racist if we are not that race. Woman and men are not view equal in a "Free World"----been reading about Asia? The middle eat? South America? Sadly a lot of woman are still fighting for there right. Those in first world country still have to make sure their wage isn't cut down an extra 10,000 dollars for the year even though a male employee working equally the same as her is making more.

I want to emphasize that I do not believe in disrespecting others. I think if a man is being abused by his wife, hell he should fight for himself and punch her and get out of that mess. If a girl hit's a guy, girl you better be ready to fight. Also, yes, I am a girl and if I start a fight it's free game. Because you know what, not all guys are strong and not all girls weak. I think if a European, African, Asian, Hispanic.... and so on is being bullied by someone else no matter what race, has a right to speak up and say fuck you, I'm better than you. We are all people and we are a new young generation that will some day learn to listen to one another instead of building walls against one another.

I used to care....

Then I turned fifty and contracted Craig Ferguson's Disease . . . ie; no longer giving a f*ck...

I grew up with a bunch of relatives that had double-standards about everything. They would make derisive comments about anything or anyone that bothered them then get pissed off at you for expressing the same ideas or disagreeing with them. There was never anything I or most anyone-else could do for them to be happy.... Kind of like a guy who gets $1000 in one-dollar-bills; He's pissed that they aren't in $20's or $100's... Then upon actually counting them out finds he is $2 short, going off in a tirade about what a filthy, shitty person gave him $998 instead of $1000.
In the past I would try to be consoling....
Now days I would point to the sky and say, "Next time it rains, imagine.... every raindrop is a "Fuck" I don't give."
