We cannot change the billing date, as we have fixed 30 day cycle. You can adjust it by stopping the service for a few days and then resubscribing at more suitable date. Sorry about the inconvenience caused.

Awhile back I had a similar issue. I had to cancel then re sub on the day I wanted it to come out. So if I cancel today then re sub like 2morrow itll always take the cash on the 3rd then right?

The date is bound to move up in the month by some 5 days over the course of year.

okay im trying to watch on my tv after getting my payed account paid and it did not charge me the $11.99 but the $6.95 and i cant get my queue on my tv this is bull crap fix this NOW!!!!

As I post this, the account you are using isn't reflecting premium status. That said, if the device you are using supports a queue (and I believe all do), you should still have that if you are signed in.

Did you sign up for your account on the PC or on a device? The reason I ask is the latter can sometimes lead to a person accidentally creating a second account when they think they are just signing up for premium.
