Today I have tried to log into my account and it says it could not be found. if someone could help me out with this it would be great.

What happens when u try the "Forgot Password" link? If it says "There is no user with this email address.", then you'll want to contact CR Support thru the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of any CR web page, and let them know about this, as well as everything you've tried to remedy the issue.

You probably fell victim to weak password management. Most likely you used the same credentials on yet another website, which was hacked and had its user data leaked onto the internet.

I've reverted the email change and changed the password. Go through the password reset procedure to reclaim your account.

Set a new, unique password. Do the same on any other website you have used with the same credentials.

Also check the devices page in the settings for any devices you do not recognize and remove those.
Furthermore run a virus scan on all of your devices to make sure that it was not a local issue.
