Well guys- I thought someone was going to be making a thread about it but I guess not.
Gay Marriage is now officially legalized in all 50 States, and the thing that makes me question the most is what's next?

I mean with all the controversial news about Transgender you got to think what could the future possibly have in store, with all the advancement in Technology soon Artificial Intelligence will be with us someday, do you suppose there will be Controversial things about Artificial Love? and just like Being Born the different gender do you suppose Someday Weaboos will be brought to light as being born a different Ethnicity?

The 2 things I want to be discussed in this thread is the being able to marry AI and being Trans-racial.[/b]

I don't really feel like talking about gays or the transgendered anymore this month. I also don't see why there has to be a Next.

Edit: Besides I'm not an American

If trans-racial was a real thing then weeaboos would be considered Japanese [and they are not]

"Transracial" in the way you define it does not exist. It actually refers to trans-racial adoptees raised in a family of a different race.

Once more, beware of slippery slope arguments. Identify reasonable causes for every likely effect.

I predict that the next big thing might be marijuana legalization. It probably doesn't have much to do with gay marriage but it seems to be gaining traction nationwide as more people accept that smoking weed doesn't mean you're a murderer or gang member. I can't foresee it happening in a mere decade but I think it's definitely a possibility.

I don't think AI marriage will gain widespread acceptance anytime soon. It might in a century but, as tech is now, AI can be considered fairly primitive in comparison to capabilities of the human brain.

As for trans-racial...I am unsure. I don't think that's the right term for your idea. There has never been anything like it that has been widely accepted. I can see people who come from different cultural backgrounds are accepted but, since the race movement is moving closer to seeing all people as one race rather than as different races, I don't know if it's more about being of a different culture or being of a different race. Culture, yes. Race, not sure.

I think there's definitely going to be a monumental event that makes these current out-of-control liberals more realistic, that's for sure. Somethig like a war that makes people realize that "hey, wow, that doesn't matter and we were too sheltered before to realize that."

That's not all, either. We should be keeping an eye on the developing countries that are racing to catch up to the first-world nations.

Yeah that definition of transracial is horse shit.
But the real one, I still can't completely understand.

AI is not yet advanced enough to give this serious consideration.
Trans-racial... who cares? All races should be treated equally. What race you "identify as" shouldn't even come up. No government/employment forms should even be allowed to ask this question. It is probably relevant for medical purposes, in which case people should probably give their actual biological ethnicity. Outside of medicine however: human race.

People always like to make the argument like this about rights. It's actually quite sad and ignorant.

Personally, I choose to draw a very hard, but reasonable, line when it comes to rights.

If what a person wants to do causes no other person any harm, has no potential to do any harm, past hurting your "feelings," and does not impose on the rights of others, they should have every right to do it. Also, in regards to animals, if it causes animals no unnecessary harm, that's fine too.

Sure that opens some doors people don't really want to think about, but hey, you can't make things illegal just because you find them repulsive or because of other personal beliefs. That would be putting your personal beliefs above theirs, which is exactly what we do not want.

As far as I know, not federally in the US. It was attempted, but was a disaster. That's my understanding, but I honestly have not really researched it, so if you're really curious and want to know the absolute truth, I wouldn't take my word on it.
