My account has appeared to be hacked and paid for 4 12 month premium memberships and a $200 figurine. I already sent some invoices under my account names in addition to changing passwords emails etc. But right now I've not been sent a word back all day and was wondering what the process for refunds and all that because its been killing me.

Make sure you always keep your passwords separate for every account.

You should get a quick response via the contact us section.

Hope your issue is resolved!

If there are charges you didn't make I am sure CR will resolve your problem for you, they are normally quite understanding when it comes to financial and billing issues.

I just replied back to your emails and refunded all the charges.

Also, there were only 2 Premium purchases. The reason you see 4 statuses is because one is a order hash, well the other is a store number. I know it's confusing.

They look something like this:

Order hash: A000000000 (Always starts with an "A", and then roughly 9 numbers following after it)

Store purchase number: 1221423143432 (Solid numbers, anywhere from 12-14 numbers)

Speaking of being hacked, why have I had to make two tickets as a long standing premium member and waiting 4-5+ days without a single acknowledgement? ^

Like I can't forget password as my e-mail wasnt linked to my account for some reason despite having 10+ emails from you. posted a ticket, had 0 acknowledgement now i'm forced to register another account on the same e-mail for my account Arkillion and not one person has given me a fk.
